Synergy is offering two 4-week yoga sessions in February. Classes are 2 days a week for a total of 8 classes per session.

  • Mondays/Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30 am (session dates: 2/1-2/24)
  • Tuesdays/Thursdays, 6:30-7:30 pm (session dates: 2/2-2/25)
  • Cost per session: $160. Both members and nonmembers welcome.

Classes are taught by Certified Yoga Instructor Michelle Keel, who has 13 years of yoga practice and study and 5 years of teaching experience. Her philosophy and teaching style —

"I teach a mixture of the styles which I have studied and practiced. One day a class could be very Asthangha based and the next day a very slow meditative or restorative class. I teach my classes with a continuous rhythm that connects breathing, stretching, strengthening, to help open the body, the mind, and the heart. Special emphasis is placed on proper alignment and modifications in order to reduce the risk of injury."

In addition to our classes, Michelle offers both individual and small group yoga instruction.
